Q1. What are check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:30 AM. If you would like to request a late check-in (after 9:00 PM), you must notify the Reservations Desk at (209) 295-3490 or via email at service@pioneerresortca.com.
Q2. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Guest rooms must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your day of arrival, regardless of arrival time, or you may be charged for rooms reserved. Holiday periods and groups require 14-days prior notice for cancellations. Please call us at (209) 295-3490 to make any modifications to your reservation request.
Q3. Do you allow pets?
A. Pioneer Resort Lodge does not allow pets within the rooms. Service dogs must display service identification.
Q4. Do you have any smoking-permitted handicap-accessible rooms?
A. Handicap-accessible rooms are non-smoking only.
Q5. Is there a refrigerator/microwave/coffeemaker in all rooms?
A. Yes! Every room at Pioneer Resort Lodge features a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker for your convenience.
Q6. Are there hairdryers in the rooms?
A. Yes, all rooms are equipped with hairdryers.
Q7. Do you have Internet available within the rooms? Is there a cost to use the Internet?
A. Complimentary wireless internet is available within the guestrooms.
Q8. What are the sizes of the beds?
A. All rooms feature queen-sized or king-sized beds. Queen beds are larger than the standard double-sized beds seen in most hotels. The Kitchenette unit features an extra available pull-out mattress.
Q9. I'm trying to book a room online and I don't see the room I'm looking for.
A. Please feel free to call us at (209) 295-3490 if you are having any difficulties reserving a room online. If the room you are looking for is not displayed in the online reservation system, it may be currently booked out. Q10. The website seems slow. I clicked on a button and nothing happened for a long time.
A. If you click a button or click on a link and nothing happens for an unusually long time, it may be due to heavy Internet traffic between your computer and our website. Because Internet traffic peaks at certain times of the day, speeds may be improved by waiting a few minutes and trying to access the link again.
